We accept credit cards for all owner and tenant fees.
What we charge:
10% of the monthly rental amount ($75 per month minimum)
-no set up fees or money necessary up front! (Fee negotiable with
multiple properties-5 or more).
$42.50 per hour for jobs done by our maintenance person.
$20 weekly advertising fee while property is vacant.
$40 one-time fee to re-key and master locks.
